    Performance Conversations™

    The first module is a 3 month programme consisting of an initial 4 days of classroom learning and practice followed by 5 Skills Embedding Process sessions. These are held by teleconference every second week to embed skills and support transfer of learning to the workplace over a 3 month period. After the programme is completed, the group join the ACCI Alumni and receive ongoing support and development, plus the opportunity to enrol for additional MasterClasses.

    Leadership Conversations™

    To lead strategically at or near the top of the organization your senior management team need to move their coaching skills to a higher level. Their focus is on creating the organizations' strategy and translating it to the junior managers for execution. They need the same level of coaching skills you would expect from an external executive coach, as they focus on developing the future leadership pipeline. Leadership Conversations is Module Two of the ACCI Open Leadership Development series; and builds on the foundation from module one, Performance Conversations.If you have a massively matrix organisation, this is the programme for your senior managers.

    When managers move from being functional leaders to Leaders of People they open wider options for promotion across the organisation. They can operate in any functional area; adding tremendous value to themselves, their staff and your organisation as they move through the leadership pipeline.     Individuals from client organisations are Local, Asian expatriates and Western expatriates. We are thoroughly versed in the complexities and differences between Western coach theory and implementation of coaching in a massively cross cultural environment like Asia Pacific.
