Performance Conversations™

NEW INTENSIVE MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME

When managers add a high performance coaching style to their skills toolkit, Productivity gains are immediate and huge.

Key benefits to the individuals and the organisation cover time efficiency, performance levels, reduced stress and enhanced enjoyment of work AND these all translate quickly into measurable dollar results.

This is a 3 month programme consisting of an initial 4 days of classroom learning and practice followed by 5 Skills Embedding Process sessions. These are held by teleconference every second week to embed skills and support transfer of learning to the workplace over a 3 month period. After the programme is completed, the group join the ACCI Alumni and receive ongoing support and development, plus the opportunity to enrol for additional MasterClasses.

Leadership Conversations™

Our Flagship Leadership Development Programme.

Based on our Leadership Behaviours™ model, managers will make adjustments to what they spend their time doing AND learn coaching skills to support new behaviours; in themselves and their teams. If you have a massively matrix organisation, this is the programme for your senior managers.

When managers move from being functional leaders to Leaders of People they open wider options for promotion across the organisation. They can operate in any functional area; adding tremendous value to themselves, their staff and your organisation as they move through the leadership pipeline. As a high potential individual, career progression accelerates when you embrace performance coaching. Faster development of your team equals faster delivery of results; equals faster promotion for you.

This is a 6 month programme consisting of an initial 5 days of classroom learning and practice followed by 5 Skills Embedding Process sessions. These are held by teleconference every second week to embed skills and support transfer of learning to the workplace. Participants return in month 4 for a further 4 day classroom session, followed by another 5 SEP sessions over the final 3 months. After the programme is completed, the group join the ACCI Alumni and receive ongoing support and development, plus the opportunity to enrol for additional MasterClasses.

90% of our coaching work is done in Asia-Pacific.

Individuals from client organisations are Local, Asian expatriates and Western expatriates. We are thoroughly versed in the complexities and differences between Western coach theory and implementation of coaching in a massively cross cultural environment like Asia Pacific.

The course takes particular care to embed these elements throughout the theory and practice components.
